According to Ledger Insights, German tokenization company Cashlink Technologies has been granted a cryptocurrency custody license by the country's regulator, BaFin. The company already has a cryptocurrency securities registrar license. Under German law, a registrar can be used instead of a central securities depository (CSD) when issuing securities on DLT.
